We do our best to stay within our estimated Turnaround Time (TAT) β€” but please note that all TATs are best-guess estimates, not guarantees.

We keep our customers informed of any updates or delays through:

Once your order is complete, we print your shipping label and prepare it for mailing. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to begin moving. Labels are printed when orders are ready to go, not before.

We never hold onto your package after the label is created. If a label is printed after mail pickup for the day, it will go out the next business day.

Please note: Our local USPS does not always scan packages right away. Most tracking updates begin once your package reaches a regional distribution center, which may take 48–72 hours, especially during peak times.

Once your package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over its journey. If your order has not moved within 15 business days, we suggest filing a Missing Mail Report. If it’s been longer than 15 business days, you can submit a claim. Most of our packages include insurance for added protection.
