Upload your own designs to the gang sheet builder and size them to however you like! We will NOT use your designs on our personal products, your custom logos and original designs are SAFE here! As a boutique owner, I have experienced this before so this issue is near and dear to my heart.
TIP: size them for 11in-10in in width to fit them two designs across. The goal is to fit as many designs onto a gang sheet as you can! As long as the images are not overlapping, there will be room to cut them out.
Pack as many designs as you can!
Design Quality: PLEASE make sure your design is high resolution for a clear print! We are not responsible for prints not being of quality standards. There is a legend on the gang sheet building tool to help you see if they are high resolution or not by color coding of the croping frame green frame means you are good to go.
TURN AROUND TIME IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
** GANG SHEETS MUST BE ORDERED SEPERATELY FROM ALL OTHER ITEMS** they come in a long skinny box rolled up and need to be cut
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF transfers are a type of garment transfer printed using a water-based DTF ink printed onto a clear release paper. This allows the end user the flexibility of when the transfer is applied and what the transfer is applied to. It can be applied to any material and all colors. DTF transfers can be made in single-color or full-color images.
How to apply your DTF transfer
DTF transfers require a commercial-grade heat press due to the high, even pressure needed for the correct application. You cannot use a Cricut heat press or at-home irons. DTF needs even and heavy pressure to seal in the print.
How to Press DTF Transfers
Prepress garment to remove excess moisture
Be sure to place the transfer on shirt's vibrant side up, facing you.
Pressing Temperature: 300°F-325°F
Pressing Time: 15-20 seconds
Pressure: HIGH 8-9 PSI
Peel: HOT PEEL
Optional: We prefer to do another 15-second press after the HOT PEEL.
How to care for your Transfer Graphic
We recommend that all DTF graphics are washed inside out on a cool cycle. You can hang dry for longevity or use a no/low heat tumble dry. The less heat used during the wash will reduce the amount of wear that any graphic will eventually have and keep your pictures vibrant!
We are not responsible for damaged transfers after you have pressed them. Please ensure you are knowledgable with your heat press, pressure, and peeling technique. This includes using non-commercial grade heat presses or irons to try and use our transfers.
