Our graphic tees are true to size. If you’re wanting a more oversized or relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes.

For best results and garment longevity, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and air drying.

Our current turnaround time is 7–14 business days, depending on inventory and order volume.

If your order consists of a holiday themed tee, it is subject to be pressed and printed onto a color/brand combo we have in stock if ordered too close to the date of the holiday due to shipping delays. This also applies to last minute shoppers needing tees by a certain time for whatever reason stated in the notes or inquiry when placing the order. This includes, if the shipping delays will push you order out past our TAT time frame. The only brands we print on are Gildan Softstyle and comfort colors. We'll replace with a similar color that you have selected. This makes us nervous sweat, but we still love ya!  By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to this.

Turnaround time is always an estimate and can vary. If you need a size or color not listed online, please email us at rsb@raesterling.com — alternate options may result in a slightly longer TAT depending on availability.

Local pickup is available at 401 Hurst St., Center, TX. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

We currently print on Gildan Sweatshirts (100% ring-spun cotton) and Comfort Colors (100% garment-dyed cotton). Both are known for their softness, durability, and lived-in feel. 

All graphic tees and sweatshirts are true to size. For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes.

To keep your garments looking their best, we recommend washing all graphics inside out on cold and air drying. Low or no-heat tumble drying is fine, but excess heat can reduce the life of the design over time.

Our current turnaround time (TAT) is 7–14 business days, unless there is a delay due to our supplier or mail carriers running behind. 

Please note: Graphics in mockups may appear larger for visual clarity and might not reflect the exact print size on the garment. Most mock ups depict and accurate representation of what your order will look like. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor/phone display differences.

Turnaround time is always an estimate and may vary. We’ll keep you updated on any delays via email or our social platforms.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check sizing and colors before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can make it right.
